  • Organization of high-end buyers events, ad-hoc workshops, forums, and educationals
  • Tour Operator contracting
  • Coordination of Tour Operator marketing and PR activities
  • Liaison with local Trade Media
  • Liaison with key trade Associations and other relevant third parties
  • A dedicated page on the  Ignitize Consulting website, with photos, videos, and promotions

Sales & Marketing Consulting

  • Development of targeted sales and marketing strategies Competitors analysis
  • Development of sales action plans for new business and emerging markets
  • Analysis of the Leisure and MICE business, of channels of distribution and reservation
  • Assistance with the development of tactical Sales, Marketing, PR campaigns
  • Assistance with the development of loyalty schemes
  • Research of marketing partnerships and affiliations with Tour Operators, Travel Agencies ​,​MICE Agencies, Corporate Companies, and Luxury Brands
  • Leverage relationships with the key trade association and media partners
    Development and support in the implementation of best practices
